Return & Exchange Policy

At Chotay Nawab, we are dedicated to ensuring your little ones look their best in our premium cotton apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange and return process. You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Notify Us: Contact our customer support team to share your intent to return or exchange an item.
  2. Pack Securely: Please pack the item safely, ensuring the original Invoice is included.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our support team.

Processing Your Request:

  • Refunds: Once approved, refunds take 6 to 7 working days to process.

  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a discount code for the value of your return immediately after we receive and process the item.

Please Note:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of wear or damage.

  • Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
