Shipping Policy

Chotay Nawab, we are committed to delivering our premium 100% cotton children’s apparel to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Delivery Timeline

We strive to process and dispatch your orders promptly so your little ones can enjoy their new outfits without delay.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days within Pakistan.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs.250 applies to all orders nationwide.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over Rs. 2,000

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to monitor your package’s journey.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery, as courier agents often do not carry change.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if the safety seal is broken or tampered with.

5. Address Changes & Redirects

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
